02. YOUR PORTRAIT SESSION
Today is your portrait session date and I cannot wait to see you! We will meet at the first location of your choosing, if you can’t decide on a location, I am here to craft the perfect look! If you invested in the exclusive portrait session with an outfit change, don’t worry about changing on the go- I have a sweet little pop up changing tent.
04. PRINT GOODS
There are no hidden fees, no required purchase minimums, just complete freedom. You are able to purchase fine art prints, wall art, heirloom albums and other print goods via an a la carte menu at anytime before or after your portrait session. If choosing to do so after you gain access to your gallery, you can simply click on an image within your online album to begin choosing a print product. From there you will be taken to your cart where you can put in your information to have your goods ship directly to your home!

From the very beginning of booking process, I am getting to know you and your needs while beginning to planning your unique portrait session. Whether we are photographing a final pregnancy, a one year old’s birthday, siblings, a surprise proposal, newly dating couple, refreshed head shots or even an anniversary session, we tailor your session to your vision. If you don’t have a specific vision, I am here to help you form one!
We can make your wildest portrait dream session come alive! You will also receive a one of a kind Cassidy MR. portrait experience guide, that will cover any questions you may have when it comes to choosing outfits, hair, locations and even props! A questionnaire will be sent to get to know you better so we can really personalize your session. All you have to do is show up with a good sense of humor, a smile and an imagination. I will coach you through posing and keep you moving so you will feel completely natural. I am here at anytime if you have anymore questions too!
03. IMAGE DELIVERY
In about two to three weeks you will receive a happy little email with the access to your online gallery! All of your final images will be beautifully edited and uploaded to your online home where you can gain instant access to directly order professional prints, download or share for your personal use.

frequently asked questions
How far in advance should we book?
Portrait dates go very quickly and I only offer a certain amount a year. Get a fast pass to the front line by booking a weekday afternoon/early evening date. Weekend dates are very limited in the spring until early fall.
How are payments broken up?
The payments are split into two lump sums. 50% is due at signing as the non-refundable retainer fee that secures your date. The final payment is due the day of the session which can be paid online or in person in cash.
