Congratulations on your engagement!! I am sure you both are radiating with pure divine love right now. I am so excited to hear your love story and the vision of your wedding day. This is the day you’ve been dreaming of for so long! From the moment of your mom fluffing your veil, your wedding party cheering alongside you, the handshake with your father, locking eyes down the aisle and that butterfly feeling deep in your stomach as you sweep across the dance floor together. You know how people always tell you the day goes by in a blink even after spending so much time thoroughly planning?
How can you hold on to that feeling for longer? By investing in photography, you are able to preserve all the moments from your day so you can look back years and years to come to relive your wedding. My role as a photographer is to make your day as peaceful and full of love as possible! I often joke with my couples that they receive a bonus coordinator because I am a photographer who gets my hands dirty by keeping the timeline running, capturing candid moments in between and doing anything I can to make your day full of bliss without missing any moments! I can’t wait to celebrate your love!

01. GETTING TO KNOW YOU
From the inqury and booking process, we become a team. We will curate you and your fiancé’s specific vision in order to truly customize your wedding photography experience.
Once we are on the same page and set in the calendar, you will receive a one of a kind Cassidy MR. Weddings magazine in an EXCLUSIVE welcome kit. This guide will most likely cover any question you may have while inspiring you to enjoy every ounce of your wedding planning process!

02. ENGAGEMENT SESSION
Once we are completely booked and your date is secured in my calendar, we begin planning your perfect engagement session!
I will send over a questionnaire getting to know the two of you better so we can really personalize your session. All you two have to do is show up with a good sense of humor and a lot of love. I will coach you through posing and keep you moving so you will feel completely natural.
I am here at any point for any questions about outfits or locations, too!

03. FINAL CALL
About two to three weeks prior to your wedding, we will set aside a fifteen minute final call.
In this call, we will be discussing a final photo timeline and any information that can help me prepare best.
You will be able to voice any concerns or requests and I will be able to answer any questions you have!
04. WEDDING DAY
Today is YOUR WEDDING DAY! Time flies, doesn’t it?
I am here to capture the littlest moments, intimate details and candid memories you’ll cherish forever.
05. IMAGE DELIVERY
Your stunning wedding day has come and gone. You’re back from your honeymoon with tanned skin and sand still somehow in your scalp.. I’m sure your scratching your head and thinking, when can I see all of my wedding photos?
Wedding images take around six to eight weeks to turnaround on all wedding collections. A preview is generated at least a week prior to give a little glimpse into the rest of the memories waiting for you.
Once all of the images are finished being perfected they will be uploaded to your online gallery for instant access as well as stored on a keepsake USB that will be making it’s way to your home in a see you later wedding package.
06. ALBUMS
Wedding packages that include a premium heriloom album will recieve their see you later package after accessing their online album and choosing their favorite images. You will have thirty days to choose the included images.
Once an album design is complete, a video going through the pages of the unique design will be sent to you for approval.
Once the design is approved, you can expect two weeks before you receive this precious family heirloom in the mail!
You are able to purchase an album via a la carte at any point after your wedding too.

Cassidy is not only an amazing photographer,, but an amazing person. We have had her photograph us for a portrait session, our engagement pictures, our wedding pictures and I have gotten professional headshots done (on super short notice, might I add). Cassidy photographed our wedding on her birthday, (I mean seriously what other photographer would do that)!!! WE HAVE ALREADY HAD AN ENGAGEMENT SESSION. CAN THIS BE REMOVED FROM THE PACKAGE PRICE?
The complimentary engagement session is a gift to my couples therefore the session is not exchangeable for any other session or value.
I love being able to capture your love story from beginning to end and being able to work with you before your wedding allows us to capture your truest form on your wedding day.
I would highly recommend an engagement session but it is completely optional, so no pressure.
Do you include prints or albums with your wedding packages?
The advanced wedding collection includes a premium printed 10×10 heirloom album and two 11×14 canvas prints.
All wedding collections are given an exclusive a la carte menu to purchase any prints, wall art or albums at any given time in the booking process. Standard and advanced wedding pacakges recieve a one time coupon code to use in the print shop!

Do we need a second shooter?
Short answer, yes!
A second shooter provides more than just alternative angles to the same moment. They act as an assistant to me, holding or readjusting the bride’s dress, gathering family members for photos, keeping a track of the timeline and so much more.
A second shooter is included in all of my packages as I have found I serve my clients the best with the assistance a second shooter can provide. Leaving me with more time to focus and cater to you.
