Lexi and Chris’ Wedding Laurel, Delaware

Congratulations Lexi and Chris!! I can’t even begin to describe how beautiful this day was. It was quite the warm June summer day yet there was this perfect breeze that would hit the back of your neck and cool you instantly.

I may be biased but Lexi and Chris’ wedding was one of my favorites! Not only because Lexi is my cousin but I have been able to experience this love grow for a few years and being able to witness this love story is just as good as capturing it.

Lexi reached out to me in the beginning of my photography career to capture their engagement and I was honored that she believed in me! Being a hairdresser, I knew that she would doll herself up perfectly for her photos! When we discussed wedding photography, I was more than delighted she was going to choose me to capture her big day!

Lexi and Chris said the big “I Do” on the edge of Broad Creek in Laurel, Delaware. Surrounded by family and friends, these two happily drifted back down the aisle. Kameron, Lexi’s son, couldn’t contain his excitement and danced back down the aisle! (Got to love him- he is such a ham!)

Following the wedding, we went on a celebratory family cruise to the islands surrounding the Bahamas! Needless to say, experiencing this love and getting to celebrate this connection a week after capturing it was unforgettable.

Congratulations again Lexi + Chris! I can’t wait to see where the years take you!
